So today I got my lemon detox diet via mail. So far looks pretty good. They give you alot of options for how you do the diet, like doing it for only a few days or just one day a week. It’s pretty good and the book isnt too big. I like it.

I got some bee pollen with mine, it tastes like creamy honey and arsenic. But oh well.
